Sec. 33.3. Lists of equipment

- Every county and town superintendent shall, on or before July 1st of every year, submit to the commissioner a list of all equipment owned by the county or town, and under the direction and control of the county or town superintendent, which is capable of being used for or aiding in the cleanup and removal of discharges of petroleum. Such equipment lists shall contain, but not be limited to: backhoes; boats; booms, skimmers and other specialized equipment for the removal of petroleum; bulldozers; gradalls; graders; scrapers; tractors and trucks.
