Sec. 39.3. Reports of contractors

All contractors shall submit a report, in narrative or other appropriate form, as supplementing materials to their bids, documenting evidence of their efforts to encourage the participation of New York suppliers and subcontractors on accelerated capacity and transportation improvements and municipal bridge improvements financed pursuant to article 20 of the Transportation Law.
