Sec. 78.23. Wrecked or disabled aircraft to be removed

The operator of any wrecked or disabled aircraft at the airport shall be responsible for the prompt disposal of such aircraft and the parts thereof as directed by the airport operator. In the event of his failure to comply with such directions, such wrecked or disabled aircraft and the parts thereof may be removed by the airport operator at the operators expense and without liability for damage which may result in the course of such removal.
