Sec. 79.26. Careless, negligent or dangerous operation prohibited

- No vehicle shall be operated in or upon the airport in a careless or negligent manner or in disregard of the rights and safety of others, or without due caution or circumspection, or at a speed or in a manner which endangers unreasonably or is likely to endanger unreasonably persons or property, or while the driver thereof is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug affecting the senses, or if such vehicle is so constructed, equipped or loaded as to endanger unreasonably or be likely to endanger unreasonably persons or property.
