If deemed necessary by the department, other traffic control devices such as flashing signals, regulatory and warning signs, delineators, pavement markings, etc., shall be installed by the permittee on commercial driveways in accordance with MUTCD. Questions on interpretation of the MUTCD should be referred to the Resident Engineer or the Regional Traffic Engineer.
