Sec. 126.3. Forms of applications

- Sections 52, 103, 230, 249 and 250 of the Highway Law authorize certain uses of State highway lands and State-owned bridges and culverts, provided a permit is first obtained from the Commissioner of Transportation. Also no tree or plant shall be planted, trimmed or removed unless a permit shall first be obtained from the New York State Department of Transportation. Applications for permits in relation to the provisions of such sections must be prepared and submitted on forms furnished by the New York State Department of Transportation.
