Sec. 128.3. Work within limits of department contract

Permits issued for work within the limits of a department contract shall contain the following special condition: “The permittee will conduct his work in collaboration and conformity with the work schedule which the State's Contractor has submitted to and which has been approved by the regional director in accordance with the requirements of the Standard Specifications of January 2, 1973, or any approved amendments to that schedule.”
