Sec. 165.7. Filing requirements for bridge inspection reports

Reports shall be filed with the department within the time allowed in the following table. All general and diving inspections scheduled for a calendar year inspection cycle shall be filed no later than January 15th of the year following the inspection calendar year.

All reports filed shall be neat, easy to read, include original photographs or good quality photographic reproductions, and shall be signed and dated by the individual responsible for the field inspection as well as by a quality control engineer.
