Sec. 182.40. U-turns

(a) The making of a U-turn at any point within the parkway system is prohibited. Excepted from the provisions of this section are:
(1) operators of authorized emergency vehicles;
(2) operators of authority vehicles;
(3) operators of authorized construction, maintenance, repair and towing vehicles.
(b) Operators of such excepted vehicles shall make crossings in such manner as not to create a hazard to other vehicles.
