Sec. 190.11. Debris and road cleanup

The contractor shall, as a condition of its contract, clean up all debris resulting from an accident and/or the repair of a vehicle, and shall perform such other cleanup services as directed by a police officer. The contractor shall service a disabled vehicle in any sector immediately adjacent to the sector for which the contractor provides coverage under this contract upon the call of a member of the police agency involved.
