Sec. 504.4. Reapplication

Upon denial of an application, no new application for the same or similar relief by the same person or an affiliate of that person will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of the denial. Principals of corporate applicants may not reapply in their own names or as principals of other corporations for the same period of time.
