Sec. 980.12. Counties acting jointly or cooperatively

In the event two or more counties desire to jointly or cooperatively develop coordinated public transportation services or a single coordinated service, each rural county shall be entitled to apply for financial assistance under this Part to the same extent and in the same manner as any other rural county.
