(a) Bourne Street. The northeastbound and southwestbound roadways of Bourne Street between Route 394, North Portage Road and a point 1,400± feet northeast of Route 394, in the Village of Westfield; provided however, that this route is designated as an access highway for use by tractor-semi-trailer combinations with no overall length limitations and for vehicles 102 inches wide, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for tandem trailer vehicles.
