(a) Strunk Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Strunk Road between exit 11 of Route 17, the Southern Tier Expressway, and Route 430.
(b) The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 394 between exit 13 of Route 17, the Southern Tier Expressway, and Water Street.
(c) The northbound and southbound roadways of Water Street between Route 394 and Elmwood Avenue.
(d) The eastbound and westbound roadways of Elmwood Avenue between Water Street and Harmon Avenue.
(e) The northbound and southbound roadways of Harmon Avenue between Elmwood Avenue and the terminus of Harmon Avenue.
(f) Allen Street. Allen Street between South Work Street and the Sysco Food Services Incorporated terminal.
