(a) CR 8 (Main Street) between the intersection of Route 126 and the entrance to the Boise- Cascade Plant, a distance of 0.8± mile, is designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
