(a) Retsof Road from Route 63 to a point 0.2± mile south of Route 63; provided, however, that this route is designated as an access highway for use by tractor-semitrailer combinations with no overall length limitations and for vehicles 102 inches wide, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for tandem trailer vehicles.
