(a) Route 298, Bear Street Arterial, FAC 59-4, between IR 81 and IR 690.

(b) East Hiawatha Boulevard between Seventh North Street and Sixth North Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of the route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(c) Sixth North Street between East Hiawatha Boulevard and the end of Sixth North Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of the route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(d) Old State Fair Boulevard between IR 690 (exit 4) entrance ramp and West Hiawatha Boulevard; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(e) West Hiawatha Boulevard between IR 690 (exit 4) off-ramp and Park Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(f) Park Street between IR 81 (exit 23) off-ramp and Hiawatha Boulevard; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(g) Solar Street between Hiawatha Boulevard and Spencer Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(h) Court Street between Sunset Street and Kirkpatrick Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(i) Sunset Street between Route 298, Bear Street, and Danforth Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(j) North Geddes Street between IR 690 (exit 5) on-ramp and Kirkpatrick Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(k) Kirkpatrick Street between North Geddes Street and Court Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(l) Spencer Street between Van Rensselaer Street and Genant Drive; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(m) Genant Drive between Route 298, Bear Street, and West Division Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Use of this route will be permitted all day Saturday and Sunday.

(o) Seventh North Street between East Hiawatha Boulevard and Brewerton Road in the City of Syracuse.
