(a) Onondaga Boulevard between Route 173 and the Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., property on Onondaga Boulevard; provided, however, that this route is designated as an access highway for use by tractor-semitrailer combinations with no overall length limitations, and for vehicles 102 inches wide, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for tandem trailer vehicles.
