(a) CR 50. The northbound and southbound roadways of CR 50 between the intersection of Route 3 and the intersection of CR 109, a distance of 4.2± miles, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers and are not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
