- (a)-(b) [Repealed](c) Boices Lane. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Boices Lane between Neighborhood Road and Morton Boulevard in the Town of Ulster.(d) Morton Boulevard. The northbound and southbound roadways of Morton Boulevard between Boices Lane and the United Parcel Service terminal in the Town of Ulster.(e) Neighborhood Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Neighborhood Road between Route 209 and Boices Lane in the Town of Ulster.(f) [Repealed](g) Route 199. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 199, including the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, between Route 9W and the Dutchess county line, a distance of 2.4± miles; provided, however, that the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge shall not be used between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
