(b) US Route 4. The northbound and southbound roadways of US Route 4 from Eddy Street southerly to Route 197 (RM 1105± to RM 1107±), a distance of 0.24± mile.
(c) Route 197. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 197 from US Route 4 westerly to the Washington-Saratoga county line (RM 1000± to RM 1003±), a distance of 0.30 mile.
