(a) Route 9A. The northbound roadway of Route 9A between Route 119 and the eastbound entrance ramp to IR 287, provided that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(b) Route 119. The eastbound roadway of Route 119 between the eastbound IR 287 exit ramp and Route 9A, provided that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
