Pending the construction of a new bridge on IR 90 (Thomas E. Dewey Thruway) at Fort Hunter, in the Town of Florida, Montgomery County, replacing the bridge that collapsed on April 5, 1987, the following State highways are hereby designated as access highways, to be used in conjunction with other access highways for the purpose of providing access for special dimension vehicles around the impasse.
