Sec. 300.13. Desk reviews of the distribution and disbursement of support collections

Pursuant to section 347.25(a)(3) of this Title, a desk review is conducted by the support collection unit and the public assistance unit of the social services district. The public assistance unit shall be responsible for completing the necessary actions under section 347.25(f)-(g) of this Title for desk review requests received by the support collection unit from a current or former recipient of public assistance.
