Sec. 300.2. Reports of district organization and operation

(a) General policy.
Social services districts shall report information on their administrative organization, assignments of work and authority, staffing, employee compensation and benefits, fee schedules, operations, productivity, and on other subjects relating to the administration of social services programs, in the form, content, manner, and on dates, prescribed by the department.

(d) Other reports.
The social services district shall submit such other reports as the department may require from time to time.
