Sec. 302.1. Submission of bills to social services districts for services and supplies furnished to recipients of public assistance and payment thereof

Each social services district shall:
(a) require that bills be submitted to it promptly by vendors of services and supplies furnished to public assistance recipients for which payment is to be made by the social services district to the vendors;
(b) arrange to pay the bills promptly; and
(c) process payments in accordance with the provisions of section 601.3 of this Title.
