Sec. 303.7. Persons with AIDS or infected with HIV

For purposes of this Part, the term handicap includes being diagnosed as having AIDS, testing positive for HIV infection, or being perceived as susceptible to AIDS or HIV infection. Such persons must be protected from discrimination in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Part.
