Sec. 320.2. Required forms not supplied by the department

Where the department requires a form to be used for a specific purpose but does not supply it, the department will specify the basic minimum requirements for the form. Local social services agencies shall be responsible for supplying a form which meets the basic minimum requirements set by the department. These forms shall not come under the approval requirements of section 320.1 of this Part.
