Sec. 320.5. Withdrawal of approval or other changes

  • Nothing in this Part shall limit the right of the department for good reason and upon appropriate notice:
    (a) to withdraw approval of a local equivalent of a required form supplied by the department;
    (b) to amend its basic minimum requirements on required forms not supplied by the department;
    (c) to change the status of a required form as between those supplied by the department and those which are not; or
    (d) to change the status of forms as between recommended and required.
