It is the responsibility of the Department of Social Services (department) to provide procedures utilized in conjunction with activities related to the offset of State tax refunds for persons not otherwise served by the State Child Support Enforcement Program. This Part establishes the procedures to be followed by applicants for tax refund offset services, and by individuals who may object to the offset of their tax refund.
