Sec. 347.15. Reimbursement to the State

Each social services district shall determine and pay to the Department of Social Services, in accordance with section 347.13 of this Part, that share of the support payments received on behalf of a family receiving ADC which represents reimbursement to the State and Federal governments of amounts contributed by them to assistance furnished such family, after deducting from the Federal share any incentive payments which are retained or paid in accordance with section 347.16 of this Part.
