Sec. 726.4. Registrations and the authorizations valid for one year

All registrations and authorizations shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance and shall be non-transferable. An application for the renewal of registration and authorization shall be submitted to the commission at least 30 days prior to the expiration of such registration and authorization.
