Sec. 729.11. Access to program and financial information

(a) The commission will provide each licensee access to all financial data relevant to the operation of the Business Enterprise Program, including quarterly and annual financial reports, provided that such disclosure does not violate applicable Federal or State laws or regulations pertaining to the disclosure of confidential information. When requested by a licensee, such data will be made available in a manner that will afford reasonable accommodation to a licensee. At the request of a licensee, commission staff will arrange a convenient time to assist in the interpretation of such financial data.

(b) The commission will furnish each licensee with a copy of these regulations and a description of the arrangements for providing services.
