Sec. 211.58. Preliminary filing requirements for championships

- In order to sanction a championship bout to be held within the State of New York, a sanctioning body must have filed the following with the commission:(a) a copy of its constitution and by laws;(b) the names and addresses of its current officers and directors;(c) a certified financial statement for its last complete fiscal year; and(d) its current criteria for ranking boxers in each weight class.
