Sec. 810.8. Financial provisions

(a) Each local government receiving an achievement award shall deposit the amount of the award in a trust and agency account.
(b) Unless an extension is granted by the selection committee, all scholarship funds shall be expended no later than six years from June 30th following receipt of the funds.
(c) All scholarship funds not expended within the period provided in section 810.8(b) of this Part shall be returned to the Office for Local Government.
