Sec. 941.4. Time and place of hearing and service of filings

- (a) The commission shall determine the time and place of hearing and shall, as practicable, take into account the convenience of the parties and the availability of witnesses.(b) The time and place of hearing shall not be changed unless a party formally requests a change pursuant to the adjournment request procedure contained in section 941.8 of this Part and the hearing officer determines that sufficient cause has been set forth for such a change of time and place in a timely manner.(c) Any written notice or filing by the respondent shall be served upon the hearing officer and the commission at the offices of the commission as specified in the notice of substantial basis investigation and hearing.
