Sec. 1240.5. Energy Code provisions applicable to residential buildings

- (a) 2020 ECCCNYS residential provisions.Except as otherwise provided in section 1240.6 of this Part, the construction of all new residential buildings; all additions to, alterations of, and/or renovations of existing residential buildings; and all additions to, alterations of, and/or renovations of building systems in existing residential buildings shall comply with the requirements of the 2020 ECCCNYS residential provisions. The 2020 ECCCNYS residential provisions are incorporated herein by reference.
