The State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council, pursuant to section 375(3) of the Executive Law, may adopt procedures and application forms, and charge fees for the processing and review of materials, devices and methods of construction in order to ascertain their acceptability under the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
