Sec. 1260.3. Certificates of acceptability

The State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council may issue certificates of acceptability, solely to manufacturers, for materials and devices acceptable under the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, which shall be effective for a period of two years from the date of issuance and which may be renewed for additional periods of two years each.
