Sec. 2.10. Milking barn, stable or parlor — cleanliness — Item 3r

- The interior of the milking barn, stable or parlor shall meet the following standards of cleanliness:(a) The interior of such facilities shall be kept clean.(b) Leftover feed in feed mangers appears fresh and is not wet or soggy.(c) The bedding material, if used, does not contain more manure than has accumulated since the previous milking.(d) Outside surfaces of pipeline systems located in the milking barn, stable or parlor are reasonably clean.(e) Gutter cleaners are reasonably clean.(f) All pens, calf stalls and bull pens, if not separated from the milking barn, stable or parlor, are clean.(g) Swine and fowl are kept out of the milking barn.
