Sec. 127.4. Prohibitions

- In the quarantined or regulated areas the following acts and activities are prohibited:(a) the movement of living golden nematodes in any stage of development, whether moved independently of, in connection with, on or as a part of any article, except as authorized in this Part;(b) the production of and marketing as seed potatoes in a quarantined area, except that in an area not designated as a regulated area seed potatoes may be produced and marketed under procedures approved by the commissioner;(c) the planting of host crops on land in a regulated area, except as authorized by the commissioner; and(d) the movement of tomato and eggplant plants grown on lands which become a part of a regulated area after planting.
