The provisions of section 411.7 of this Title apply to the provisions of this Part in the same manner and with the same force and effect as if the language had been incorporated in full into this Part and had expressly referred to the terminal operator's license under this Part except to the extent that any such provision is either inconsistent with a provision of this Part or is not relevant to this Part.
