Sec. 475.5. Reissuance of permits, plates and stickers after suspension or revocation

- (a) If a permit and plate or sticker have been suspended, they will be returned to the carrier by the commission at the termination of the period of suspension.(b) If a permit and plate or sticker have been revoked, an application for a new permit and plate or sticker may be made by the carrier after the expiration of six months from the date of the order of revocation. Such application should be made in the same manner as the original application. (See § 473.1, supra.)
