The purpose of this Part is to set forth the methods and procedures governing the availability and location for inspection and amendment or correction of records of the Department of Taxation and Finance and the State Tax Commission which are subject to the provisions of article 6-A of the Public Officers Law, which is commonly referred to as the Personal Privacy Protection Law.
