Sec. 8188-5.9. Reimbursement of expenses

The travel and other actual and necessary expenses incurred by appraisal personnel employed in Tompkins County shall be a State charge upon audit by the State Comptroller. Such appraisal personnel shall be reimbursed in the same manner and to the same extent that an assessor may be reimbursed for travel expenses pursuant to section 8188-2.9 of this Part.
