Sec. 5.27. Removal from lists

Any person may be removed from a list:
(a) at their own request;
(b) at the request of the employer who applied for his listing;
(c) upon the suspension or revocation of his license; or
(d) where the commission determines that he was not listed in conformance with this Part, or that such removal will further the purposes of the act.
