Sec. 5.31. Filing employment reports

Each employer shall file on Tuesday of each week with the appropriate employment information center, on forms furnished or approved by the commission, an employment report, setting forth for each pier or terminal the names, license numbers and dates and hours of employment of all security officers and supervisory security officers hired during the preceding week ending on 12 midnight on Sunday, and indicating thereon those security officers, hired as casual security officers.
