Sec. 56.6. Fine or suspension for pilot's ommission or refusal to perform pilotage-connected duty

Any pilot omitting or refusing to perform any duty connected with pilotage, as provided by this Chapter, or by the commissioners, shall be liable to a fine of $100, or to suspension, at the discretion of the commissioners.
