Sec. 4254.8. Confidentiality and State employees

  • (a) To the extent permitted by law, all information regarding the financial condition, marketing plans, customer lists, or other trade secrets and proprietary information of each beneficiary company and investment entity shall be confidential and exempt from public disclosures.
    (b) Except to the extent permitted by law, including, but not limited to Public Officer’s Law sections 73 and 74, no full-time employee of the State or any agency, department, division, authority or public benefit corporation thereof shall be eligible to receive assistance under this program.
