Sec. 4700.10. Fees

- (a) No fee shall be charged for inspection of records, search for records or certification of the records.(b) A fee, not exceeding 25 cents per page, for photocopies, not exceeding 9 × 14 inches, of records shall be imposed by the authority.(c) A fee for photocopies, exceeding 9 × 14 inches, of records shall be imposed by the authority; the exact amount of such fee shall be determined by the records access officer, based on his analysis of the cost to the authority of photocopying such records, except when a different fee may be otherwise prescribed by law.
